DELTA VIEW CATS

Project Delta View Cats is an all-volunteer program targeting humane management of Pittsburg’s community cat over population. We take the cats for spay/neuter and vaccinations to low cost clinics in an effort to help Contra Costa Animal Services surgery reduce the volume of community cats coming through. This frees up surgery time and space for cats and dogs that have been impounded at the shelter.

Additionally, we provide food to several community cat colonies in our waterfront areas. When we encounter friendly abandoned community cats, we work to get them into adoptions through other cat rescues who provide foster care and adoption events. Again, helping CCAS keep cage space free for owner surrendered cats and cats that are sick, injured etc.

To help our program grow and be able to assist more neighborhoods within the City of Pittsburg, Project Delta View Cats is asking for donations.

We are asking for donations to help us with spay, neuter costs and medical care costs for the community cats we trap. We are also seeking donations to help us buy food to feed the 40 plus colony cats we manage around our Marina and River View Park.

Join us please! Donate today and think about becoming a volunteer too! The cats will appreciate your help.
